Sub standard food + poor service

We went to Calisto’s Carnival city. What a disappointment!!! We went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and should rather have gone for someone we know. This was our 1st experience at Calistos and what a shame. The chicken was ordinary plain chicken with sauce poured over it and I had to send my chicken back as it was ice cold! This only after I had to go and look for somebody that can assist. The reply from the waiter was “ no problem “ I will go heat it up!! If we wanted microwave food we would have bought a heat and eat meal from a convenience store which would in any case have been a better meal judging by your poor standards
