Order not Delivered

I placed an order for delivery at 13:50 today and I was informed the order would be delivered within 45 minutes. I called again at 15:00 to check on my order and I was informed by the very same person that took my order that it had already left, when I asked when that was as I hadn't received my order, he hung up on me and this is what I am peeved about!
