Ice cold fresh burgers

Ordered a chicken jalapeno burger waited for 20 minutes no problem the sign on the wall says its made fresh on the grill, got home opened my burgerbox and was presented with an ice cold limp burger sort of thing (dont know who made up the sign saying its made fresh) - gave it to the dogs and went to Steers
