DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE

firstly, they had a menu which the store itself had no stock off, the couple at the table next to us had woke up and left for the very same reason. Extremely poor services, eventually when the food arrived it was not what was expected... i there after called the waitress about the quality of the food, she laughed as if it was funny.

when i had made payment via my bank card, it had shown on my phone that the debit had gone through. however they insisted it was declined. with this matter no one in the store at that moment could assist or correct this problem, we had to wait for a manager from Jimmy's to come and assist. my concern is, what would of happened if i had only had funds available to perform one transaction and they insisted on me making payment again??

i am beyond disguested with the service and staff and will NEVER refer or attend the store again.
