Disappointed

was very disappointed today when we had lunch, my aunt ordered a steak and when she cut it open she discovered a black hair underneath the steak that was probably about 4cm in length. The Manger came to apologize but in a very funny way saying that no one is ln the kitchen has black hair almost implying we put it there (my aunty has blonde hair) they then re made it but waited about 30mins for it and it was very rare, needless to say we were charged the full bill. I just feel that we were not handled the right way and that was very disappointing. We actually enjoy coming to this restaurant but don't know if we will be back after today.
