Carlistos Silver star needs 5 stars for worst customer service

My family went to eat at Carlistos Silverstar on the 24 December. It’s was 4 adults and 3 kids. It was the worst experience I have had in a single restaurant in my life. The manager which was a white lady was the most rude *********** person I had to deal with. That title of a manager doesn’t sit well with her to run a business in an elite place like Silver Star. She gave me and my brother such a hard time just because we ask her to arrange for the breast piece to be cut off from the whole chicken because my 2 year Old does not eat hot spicy food. I will never go back there again. Disgusting service.
