Calisto's Terrible Service

On Sunday the 7th Feb, i went to Calisto's with my sister for a late lunch. We were seated immediately and our orders taken. The restaurant was moderately full. For the first 30min i didn't even see our waiter. I asked for a glass of water in the meantime and it took 30min for me to get this water. I could have walked to the Pick n Pay and bought the water in that time. when i enquired about the food, i was told something went wrong and they are now making it (an hour later). FYI the order was a pasta... a single pasta that my sister and I were sharing. I hope I am never desperate enough to eat there again.
