Calisto's Restaurant @Gold Reef City a piece of ****!!!!

19 December 2020 I was sold a dish at this establishment and I didn't like the contents because I was never told about the some of the contents and the manner in which the dish was prepared was a disgrace. I asked if they could at least change the dish at that juncture before I can eat the food, the waiter even called the manager and the refused to do anything about it.

Out of that dish, I only ate (4) prawns that was cooked in water with no taste. I had to use my fingers because the rice was swimming in water or a soup. I am disappointed and I will never buy anything from that restaurant.

The service my colleagues and I received was a horrible. At times they brought food to us but no cutlery - how else do they expect us to eat the food? I ordered a bottle of wine and the wine temperature was warm and I requested that they give us ice bucket for it and that came on my second glass. Honestly, I was looking forward to spend the rest of the afternoon here, I was going to get a second bottle, but after all that big chunk of **** and the service I've got, I'm never going to spend one more cent to that company and I will tell all my friends.
