Brilliant Mr Manager

Thank you to an amazing manager, who went above and beyond to assist us at a table of about 11 tonight. I'm truly sorry that one member of our party had become irate and you had to deal with it. You handled it very well Mr Manager. Thank you to you and your staff for serving us with exceptional service and quality food. I do apologise for any hurt or sad feelings.
