Bad customer service

Today is not my day shm, I when to galito's Polokwane Library Garden to buy lunch and my order was not summited to the chef, 20 minutes later, their are sorry the chef did not see my order so he didn't make it. I waiter the hole hour, only to find out that my order was not done. I demanded my money back and left.
