Bad attitude from owner at Calistos New Market

On 01/10/2017 went for dinner around 17h00 at New Market, we order starter portion of giblets and a full lm chicken and extra portion of chips to share. The food was brought to the table with no cutlery also no side plates as we were sharing the chicken. The giblets came about 5 min after the main meal together with the extra portion of chips and side plates. The giblets had about 4 x as big as a 2 rand coins pieces in the rest was carrots and some other veggies cut up small and a sauce that tasted of nothing, I requested to see the manager. Again it took around 3 min for her to come to the table with an attitude. I explain to her the problem and all she hade to say is that is the recipe she even fetch the recipe from the kitchen to show me I then asked her did she taste the giblets she said yes and its fine and then a few seconds later she said she didn't taste the food she doesn't need to . So I asked her again to taste the giblets she refused I then said to her to leave me alone so I can finished my meal she refused and told me that I must not tell her what to do she is the owner of the place and she will leave when she feels like it I had to request her about 5 times to stop talking so I can eat even the staff was embarrassed of het attitude. I eat at Calisto all the time and never been treated like that.
