Accepting order when closed for Decemeber, taking payment, promising refund, which does not materialise ....

On the 13th December we ordered a lunch meal for our team at Calisto's Eldo Square in Eldoraigne, Centurion. The oredr was acepted as well as credit card payment. Yet when I arrived the outlet was closed for December already. I immediately phoned the cell number of the contact person, who promised a refund immediately, which has not been done to date. Poor show Calisto's for early closure, poor website arrangements and empty promises !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next for the Consumer Act !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
