I don't normally leave reviews but I had an incredible experience at Calistos a few Weekes ago and it was make exceptional because of our waiter Ally was honestly the highlight of our whole visit! From the start, he made us feel super welcome and comfortable. He’s not just a great waiter. he’s funny, friendly, and knows how to read the vibe of the table perfectly.He made amazing recommendations and his knowledge on the menu blew us away.

He kept us laughing the entire time without ever being over the top, and somehow still managed to be super attentive and on top of everything. Drinks came quickly, the food was spot-on and tasted amazing , and he checked in just enough without hovering unlike some of our previous visits. The fire place was perfect and made us feel super cozy.

It felt like we were being looked after by a friend who genuinely cared that we had a good time. We will be coming back and asking for him next time.
