Bad food at Calistos Resturant - Gillview

My fiance had taken myself and his mom for a mothers day lunch to Calistos Alberton on Saturday, 13th May, to miss the mothers day rush on the 14th, The food was horrific. My mom in law could not chew and the food was salty. We complained to the waitress and she said there is nothing she can do, our bill was over R1000 and she side commented on her tip. It was so not worth it, my fiancé has saved up money so he could give us a decent outing, which is rare for us. Its no more about the service, its how much money you can spend and if you can give a good tip, than maybe, your complaint might be considered.
