Dissapointed

I had a very bad and disappointing experience at California dreaming's this Saturday the 09 September. A friend of mine had booked in for her birthday celebration, we were roughly about 20 to 25 people. When it came to placing orders for the food, some of us did not order starters we went straight for the main course, no one to explain to us that they will serve the starters 1st and then later serve the main course, we were under the impression that because they are taking the orders together we will get our food with the starters. People received and finished their starters and then the main course was served FINALLY. Bare in mind that we are absolutely hungry at this point. My chops were served and guess what instead of medium done as per my request they were well done. The waiter (don't know her name) came and took the plate and left, another 20 minutes went by there is no communication with regards to my food not even an apology for the mistake. Everyone is now eating and here i am just wandering around. Eventually after 35 minutes or so i asked the waiter to please cancel my order as i was now beyond upset. She agreed gracefully and the order was cancelled, The manager did not even come to me to find out what was going on or follow up on my order. Everything just carried on smoothly in the restaurant. I love this restaurant because of the ambiance and the location is beautiful with a spectacular view but after that experience, I am never going there again and i will never recommend any friend or family member to go there be eat just for a meal or to book their function. I am really disappointed
