BAD SERVICE

I have been to this place almost three times this year and always! always the service is pathetic! Yesterday my husband and i went for lunch. The place was packed. But we had to wait for 6 minutes in order for the lady at the front to say anything. She kept looking at as and helping other people. We then asked if we could have a table. She pointed at the one next to where she was stadning. We waited for 10 minutes - no waitress-nothing. We then decided to leave and i even left my cellphone there by mistake. I guess it has been ****** because its now off. <br> <br> We are not going there anymore. Everyone in our newroom is complaining about the same thing - bad service!!!! Please hire more people if you need costumers to be satisfied with your service. Also the lady at the front needs to smile and be approachable - GOOD customer service is a MUST!<br> <br> No more California Dreaming for me- thank you!
