************* and poor workmanship

i bought a property via caliber in 2019 & officially took residence in Feb 2020. to my surprised during this time caliber was raking a water bill which the salesman Ivan promised the matter will be fixed. to this day Nenique has failed to respond to any of my emails regarding this matter. as it stands my account was handed over to the lawyers & i was forced to pay a water bill worth almost R8000 that i never used... another disappointing thing which shocked me, i was asked to submit a snag list of anything that was wrong in the house. to this day none of my windows were ever fixed and one of the employees Zane told me straight to my face that they were using cheap material to build the house that's why i'm encountering countless issues:-( needless to say that i paid quiet a hefty amount for this bond. they're totally ************* and have poor workmanship.
