Stay away, don't waste your time and money

<p>I have had the unfortunate mispleasure of buying a unit in a complex where the construction was managed by Caliber, firstly the place was not built to specification, the quality of workmanship was horrific and the number of major problems piled up.</p> <p>To give an idea there was a glass sliding door on the plans which was replaced with a stupidly small swing door. which didn't even close and needed to be replaced anyway. The ceramic roof was replaced with a zink roof. The geyser overflow goes into the shower, where SABS standards state that it needs to lead outside.</p> <p>The occupation date was set while construction was still taking place. The security gate was not completed by the time of occupation. The kitchen sink was leaking water, the shower was leaking water. The washing machine connection had no water coming out. </p> <p> </p> <p>The complex name is Villa Rosso, if you're thinking about using them do yourself a favor and go take a look at the units they built first.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
