extremely bad service

<p>I decided to spoil my wife and kids amd take them to the amazing 5 star makhato no 6 bush lodge unit in Sondela Nature reserve. We were really impressed when we saw the unit but got a terrible shock when we entered. The place was filthy, nothing cleaned and full of dust. We found dirty mens underwear in the wash basket as well as all the entertainment facilities- pool table, dart board, table tennis table etc were broken or were missing parts. We also only had a front door key so couldnt even open up the sliding doors to exit outside. The worst was when we went outside to relax in the jacuzzi when we came across a thick layer of oil/ dirt / gunk covering the entire service . I felt horribly sick. I notified the agents from Caliber - Gilda Du plessis and Martin ..... about the problems who apologised - half heartedly and promised that they would correct the wrong doings and invite us back. I tried on numerous occasions to try and get hold of them but no reply, avoided me like the plague!!!!! One would swear they dont need the business- shocked that they are still in business. I would have gone back on numerous occassions had this been sorted out. Shocking/ disgusting service delivery!!!! Never again, pity because i am sure the owners of the unit are not aware of this issue. </p>
