Dissatisfied customer

Hi everyone I was staying at Unit 65 Sondela village in Springs which is under Caliber properties

I started staying there December 2017 and I moved out in August 2018. I have served my 30day notice and in a week they said they did inspection from the flat and everything was in order, mind you this is from Amanda the caretaker. I have called their offices and spoke to Christine Visagie she was very rude unprofessional, she told me that I can only receive my deposit back in 30day plus a week on top of that. I waited and there was nothing on my account, after 3days I called and spoke to her regarding my deposit and all of a sudden to my surprise she told me that I won't get my deposit back because when I moved out the flat was damaged. And the caretaker Amanda told me very well that when they did inspection on the flat when I moved out everything was in order, but all of a sudden when I have to get my money they came up with stories that the flat was damaged. I am still waiting for the so called "report" that the flat was damaged. I am utterly disappointed with their service and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at their flats. They always make it a point that they use people and never return your money.
