Developers that lack integrity

I've dealt with many developers previously, but Caliber developers are the absolute worst. It is a company that lacks integrity & fails on service delivery.

I purchased an apartment, apartments on Gerhard, in 2016. There has been endless problems with my unit since then, including dampness, mould, water leaks, structural cracks. After discussions with many other owners, we realised that all the units have the similar structural defects.

I've approached caliber on several occasions informing them of these issues. These issues take months to get resolved (if we are lucky), just in time before the new issue arises. They have not implemented permanent solutions to fix the underlying structural defects. Caliber are not trustworthy nor are they competent developers.

I urge anyone who is considering buying property produced by Caliber to please think twice!
