Damaged property

I bought a new development from Caliber development. In July 2015 I moved in to only find that the geyser is not working. When they came to replace it the plumber discovered that there is no drip tray. As the plumber left he said he was going to purchase a pipe to let the water drip outside when it boils as we wait for Caliber to install a drip tray which is a standard requirement. On that day the was a hole created on my bathroom ceiling by the assistant who was brought in to help the plumber, the trap door going to the ceiling was also damaged. Every time the geyser is switched on the water boils and leaks on to the ceiling. I am sitting with a damaged ceiling and leaking geyser. Caliber is shifting the blame to the suppliers but I did not buy from the contractors I bought from Caliber. They are now building a complex next to ours and have made an made a water connection on our complex. I have spent too much money calling and buying data bundles. I dont even want to deal with this *********** Jan person anymore
