Caliber property developers integrity compromised.

Our experience with Caliber has been questionable.

But off lately we find out that they do not care about the security of their tenants. Our place got broken into and one of the management teams said and i quote " We cannot look after every unit we own 24 hours a day". People walk into our place with their own sets of keys and take whatever they could and the response you get is that above.

This really shows what these kind of business are actually after. If you put money above the safety of a person your integrity is compromised.

So maybe your stay with them wont be the same as ours, but it will definitely be worse if something doesn't change.

As for the security company called Visa Security their security just give out codes to several people we have witnessed them being given the codes and letting everyone in the complex. It is really unprofessional not to follow procedure and put the lives of many in danger because they are too lazy to make people sign.
