Bad company to use to build your house. They are robbing people

I'm from Dawn Park, Caliber is the developer is building were i bought a property. they used water to build the build but i was approving the bank to transfer the funds to Caliber while they were building my house now the water bill they used to build my house is under me to the amount of R8.500.00 excluding interest due to them not paying Municipality for the water usage they used. at this moment i have been handed over tot he lawyers because of them. Caliber property developers registered my house in March 2019 before the house was even build according to Ekurhuleni Municipality, they are lying and say the house was registered in September 2019. they used the water to build the house and they must pay the municipality the water they used. i only moved in the house the 01st of January 2020 . the time they were building my house I was requested most of the time to approve the bank to send money for building. Wasn’t the water included there. So I paid for my house to build and again I must pay for the water to that build my house? Can my water bill be sorted please because I’m handed over for the water that was used before moving in. my house was registered to my name before it was even build which was in May according to the municipality. How is that possible, Nenique according to you, you said my house was registered to me in September which is a lie.

@Ivan, I think this has been going on for a while now. I understand you sold us the house but I guess you should be the one assisting us in this matter. We bought the house because you were a good sales person but now you saying you are not handling that. I think selling the house and making the buyer/Client happy is part of your responsibility. We need your assist in this because your name is also in this matter. We have send mails since the begin of this year around February or March 2020. Caliber is making people pay for the usage of the water they used to build people's house while the funds were transfers while they were busy building my house in 2019.
