No after sales service

Eugene van Niekerk of CALGIE Systems came to repair our intercom on the front gate of our house. He was paid the same day he did the work (21st September 2015). The intercom has now got the same problem he came to fix previously. My husband has been phoning and leaving messages for him for a week now and he has never once returned the call. I phoned him today and not knowing my number he actually answered the phone. He said he was busy on a job and was going to phone my husband back when the job was finished...Heavens knows when that would have been.
