Calendar disaster

We ordered photo calendars from https://calendarguru.co.za in December, which were to be delivered to our family before Christmas, and paid for them on 13 December. Its over a month since we paid, and none have been delivered, and while initially Patrick from their office gave excuses (funeral, the printer is broken etc) and kept on promising delivery, they now ignore e-mails, WhatsApp messages and also don't answer the phone. Very disappointed..........
