Zero Customer Service! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!

<p>I received what must be one of the most terrible services in my life from a company called Calendar Printing located at 210 Corlett Drive, Bramley, Johannesburg (http://www.calendarprinting.co.za/)</p> <p> </p> <p>The company markets itself to deliver on what they promise. Communication was all good and well until payment was made into their account for 2500 Calendars I needed printed. I was promised to get my calendars a month ago. My distribution deadline is a month overdue because of their bad service and lack of communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once I made payment my nightmare began...</p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks after the payment was made I started calling the company every other day to get an update on the delivery of my calendars. Every time I called them they promised to deliver my calendars but never showed up or even bothered to inform me that the delivery was held up or won’t be coming. Today I call them and was very upset when I heard the consultants laughing at my frustration with one of their colleague. I insisted on talking to the manager who confirmed that my stock was not even at their office. What upset me the most is that, when asked when I would get my calendars they rep**** "I don't know"</p> <p> </p> <p>I really wish I could have been taken seriously.</p> <p>I was in the print industry for a good 5 years of my life and I know there is no reason I have to wait over a month for me to receive such a small order. It’s very unfortunate that they failed to value my job and won’t get another cent from me</p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.</p> <p>They have Zero Customer Service and dealing with them is a total nightmare!</p> <p>Save yourself the trouble</p>
