Calendar disaster

We ordered photo calendars from www.calendarguru.co.za in December and paid for them on 13 December 2024. Patrick from their office said they would be delivered to our family before Christmas. Its now 21 January and no-one has received any calendars. At first they made excuses about the delays (funeral, printer broken etc), and rep**** to WhatsApp messages with promising that they would be delivered. They're now ignoring WhatsApps, e-mails and don't answer their phone. Very disappointed.........
