Absolutely poor service and noncompliance with promises

Danger!!!! I've made use of Andre from this company to replace existing and new blinds at my place. I was eagerly given a quotation and after acceptance was ask to pay in half of the quotation amount into his/their company's account to allow them to continue with the work. I've initially paid him/them R3 000-00. The old blinds and tracks were then collected by Andre. I had to pay an additional R7 000-00 into their account and was promised that the blinds would be up and hanging by Monday two weeks ago. After a lot of promises ( which never realized ) and pure stupid excuses, nothing happened. I' threatend him/them to go to the SAPS to lay charges or the agreement had to be cancelled and the money to be paid back into my account. The agreement was cancelled but no effort was made by Andre/ Caleb's Blinds to pay my money back. Then Andre told me that he had placed the agreement on hold but would continue with it. Well, this is two weeks down the line and there is still no progress in this story!!! When Andre removed the blinds he and his wife, Kare(i)n sticked Checkers advirtisments to the windows to prevent people from outside to look into the house. Since then half of the papers fell off but my place still looks like a rural corner shop with specials on hand!!! Please follow this up but most important ...warn the publick against Caleb's Blinds/ Andre/Kare(i)n. Don't allow these people to catch other people in the same trap!!!
