Complaints regarding Calcumed Practice Manager attitude

Calcumed Medical Accounting's practice manager (Madelein) is condescending and extremely rude. I have a massive complaint with this company on how they handle medical aid claims. This company acts on behalf of the doctor. I have asked them previously to inform me and send copies of the doctor's invoices before submitting them to medical aid which I feel is reasonable and not an unreasonable request. Madelein's team informed me that they would do this but have not. Amounts were deducted from my medical aid account and I had to request an invoice. This request ensures that amounts are verified as these amounts are not given at the doctor's office. There has never been a dispute regarding amounts however Calcumeds practices removes all control you have on your medical aid accounts. Should her team not have been able to do this then they should not have committed to this in email. Her snotty responses are very poor for what should be a 'Practice Manager'. Her team has made a promise and did not keep and she made the issue mine. Her attitude has severed the doctor patient relationship as billing and amounts cant be verified.
