Worst service EVER

Calbus Properties failed to assist me with a tenant they introduced to me that was in arrears for 4 months. No communication was made with me if I didn’t call to follow up. After lease agreement Calbus left me to deal with their mess after charging so much for admin fees which also randomly increased last year December 2024 going against the contract signed.

I would never recommend Calbus to anyone as they have no ethics, lack accountability and have no sense of humour and integrity.
