They add additional cost to your statement as a ''late payment'' fee when you only receive the statement on the last day of the month, pay on the same day and the money only reflects in their account the following day.

They respond to no emails for record purposes, and only phone when things goes side ways completely .

For any home owner, DO NOT USE them, they will leave you red faced and cause more trouble that you want.
