Worst agency everrr

Please stay away from this company it is unprofessional and ********* The most terrible nightmare of an agency... In my opinion they are ******. When I signed my lease in 2019 I paid everything up front and rent paid every month. I was told when signing the lease that in the month I was moving out I would not have to pay as long as I gave 30 days notice. I had place 60days noticed we wer threatened by Busi and staff we wer harrased we verbally abused aswell by there rude office staff in the mix of this whole disappointment and dusguti g experience I receive an email saying that I will not recieve my deposit and need to further pay R3000. What the hell is going on in this business. I have contacted the rental tribunal and they will take this further. I have not even received the key deposit back even though keys were returned. PLEASE GUY'S BE AWARE DO NOT RENT OR BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM CALBUS IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU EVER MAKE.
