Too many excuses with empty promises

Our deposit was promised to us within 21 days, are we are still waiting. There are excuses the whole time, 1st they will pay it the next day, then when you ask, then they are waiting for the new tenants to pay their rent, then they're apparently only paying their rent on the 7th, then the owner of the house is out of the country and doesn't have access to internet banking. We phone them they are so rude and refuse to give the owners details. We gave notice on the 1st of October, this is now the 5th of December. It is the one excuse after the other. This is absolutely ridiculous. We've paid our rent on time every single month and now they don't want to pay us our deposit. From the start the admin people got the figures wrong the whole time. We said we will EFT every month, yet they debited the rent and we ended up paying twice, then the excuse is "it's okay we'll just keep it for the next month". This place has no morals or values and you can't trust their word as they never keep to it. Sick and tired of Calbus Properties. This is not how you run a business people.
