Run, Do not do Business with CalBus properties!!!

If a Zero Star rating was possible, that's exactly what this poor excuse for a property management company deserves. I booked out a Margate unit for a weekend in December 2022. From the start it was a barrage of unprofessional interactions with *********** employees. First a unit with no bedsheets and towels. We survived the weekend, left this unit spotlessly clean. It's been almost 2 months and still waiting on my damage deposit refund of R2000. Endless empty promises and blatant lies but never evidence by way of a proof of payment.

I will be lodging an official complaint with the Ombudsman as well as Small claims court to get back my hard earned money.
