Rip you off, then ******* your deposit
From day one interacting with Calbus properties was painful. It took them over a month to fix a broken geyser, which only happened when my Dad assisted (a retired electrician with 40 years experience) I went for a month last year without a working geyser during August, again due to Calbus and their so called "handymen's" incompetence.
Now I move out they want to **** my deposit for unnecessary "repairs". When I attempted to discuss this with the agent he resorts to insulting both my Dad and myself, accusing my dad of "tampering" with the geyser, meanwhile it would never have been fixed if he had not found the fault for the "handymen".
I wish there was the function to rate negative stars.
Avoid Calbus Properties like the plague if you know what's good for you!

So Calbus, if you do not want reviews like this being posted, get your act together, treat your clients the right way and learn some people skills!
In the interim, my warning of my first review remains, avoid Calbus, what ever you do.
