Refund for deposit not paid

I rented an apartment through Calbus properties from February 2022 to May 2022. First no checks were done before my move in and the flat was infested with ****roaches. After a struggle and getting rid of them I was not reimbursed for the sprays I had to buy to get rid of the ****roaches. The doors were broken and not closing properly. I reported this and only after I had threatened to not pay rent were the doors fixed. In May I gave notice to move out and was advised I would be charged early termination fees. A new tenant moved in on the 1st of June 2022 into the flat and till today I have not been refunded my deposit money which they chased and made me pay but when it comes to them refunding you what's rightfully yours. Empty promises.
