Quick to take my money not so quick to return it

I have overpaid rental for the month I have requested a refund and was promised payment yesterday nothing shows in my bank account . I tried to contact Agent and Principal no answer , let messages no reply . Tried again this morning still no luck even e-mails have not been answered.
