Please do not make use of Calbus Properties!

A BIG NO from our side. Feedback/customer service is TERRIBLE! The tenants pay in time, but Calbus keeps our money back.. We have been stuggling for MONTHS now with these people. If you use them, keep track of payments and invoices, because they keep invoicing both the owner and tenants wrong. They increased their management fees from R322 to R805 in January, this is a 250% increase and makes a major difference in rental income, especially if the rent is not high at all. Management fees and Commission adds up to 20% of rental income, which I think is absurd. We’ve also had so many different people working on our account, where WE (as owners) have to calculate and do the costs summaries, because they keep getting it wrong. Please rather consider using someone else.
