Payment breakdown delay

I moved out of the apartment I was renting 2 days before moth end last month. We went to the property after moving to do inspections, I was told that I will receive my refund within 21 days and still haven't received it to this day.

I have been waiting for their payment breakdown, I've been phoning everyday only to be told that I will receive it shortly for the past two weeks.

They are not professional at all. I hope consumer protection will come through for me with Calbus.
