MAINTENANCE & ACCOUNTS TEAM

When I moved into their apartment (Racecourse view, Benoni) December 2023, the apartment was really dirty I had to hire a cleaning agency and paid from my own pocket. Wrote a review about it on their website, nothing was done.

During my stay with them, I had a few maintenance issues which are: A blocked toilet (They took a week to fix this. Unlockable door (they took a week to fix this too, I had to sleep with a an unlocked door and I was staying alone, this has put my life in danger because it was the main kitchen door) Geyser (the geyser stopped working December 2024, I had reported the issue the day it stopped working but it was not fixed until I moved out on the 31st of January 2025)

After I have moved out I was told my deposit of R6200 will be sent WINTHIN 21days, those days elapsed and I have been trying to contact them since then but they have been giving me the runaround.

I feel like these people are ****mers, they do not take care of their tenants and never want to pay them their deposit whenever they move out. This business should be closed.
