Have not receive my Deposit

Very bad service ever moved out on the property last end of Nov been told i will get my Deposit after 21 days it been 4month now been making follow up with Admin Cynthia Nyezi and She always give me hope that the payment is being processed at times She wont even bother to answer my massages even the owner of the property told me He gave them my money 2months back to pay my Deposit bt nothing so far and i want my money.
