Good evening,I have a problem for 20 months I've been chasing for my deposit from Calbusproperties we paid R16670 for a R6500 pet month apartment ,In the beginning the agent we worked with we were told she's on leave .it went on and on with excuses Last month's rent was paid ,Key handed over the next morning after moving out. Today the owner finally responded ( see attachment) They responded in the morning today and said on top of the R9000 they've kept we owe the owner R1100.50 ,He responded that he doesn't want any money from us or Calbus and stated "your funds ate sitting with Calbus properties.No repairs were due from user stayed 7 months waiting for the place to be painted , repaired nothing happened,we left it's the owner who had things to repair and paint for us as promised by Calbus properties agent. There are so many complaints about the agency ,It's the same stories on social media
