Extremely Unprofessional Treatment by Property Representative

I wish to formally report a deeply distressing and unnecessary experience I had with a property representative at Greenpark Lifestyle.

I had an extremely distressing experience with Zinhle Makhaye. Despite explaining that I had already secured a place and was waiting for the tenant to move out the next day, she insisted on coming to the unit and demanded that I move my furniture immediately. She even threw some of my belongings outside at Greenpark Lifestyle. We were forced to leave our furniture in the passage and sleep in our car overnight. Only the next morning (Good Friday) were we able to move in. Her actions were rude, inhumane, and completely unprofessional. I will never recommend Calbus to my family or anyone else.
