DONT USE CALBUS PROPERTIES

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. When I was scheduled to move in on 1 March, the owner of the apartment refused to allow me access. I later discovered that this was because Calbus Properties failed to pay the owner, despite the fact that I had already paid both the rental amount and the deposit. Today is 05 March, and I still have not been allocated an apartment. I have already requested a refund. While I acknowledge and appreciate that the agents, Lihle and Poh, have been helpful, the issue remains unresolved. I want my money refunded immediately. Failure to process my refund will leave me with no option but to pursue the legal route.
