Deposit

I am really not happy with this agency, firstly the agent that was assigned to us while we were staying at one of their properties was not there for us during our stay she would take time to help us when we needed assistance with repairs. Now we moved out 02/04/24 and we were promised that we will get our deposit 20 days after moving out, now it’s the 19th of July and we are still waiting.
