First of all one of agents is very rude and disrespectful and has no was way of talking and addressing myself and my wife ..Shapestone Chimbidzikai is very rude and he is using the company name in vain and sending us rude WhatsApp and putting us out of a place we staying..I want a formal apology from him and he is disrespectful to us potential clients..
