Calbus Properties - take the money, don't deliver

I signed a lease through Calbus properties to move in on 01/04/2019. I paid all the applicable fees well ahead of time. Due to work commitments I was only planning to move in on 05/04/2019, when the day arrived I found that of the numerous repairs had not been done. Due to this I was only able to move in on the Easter Weekend. After dealing with the manager it still took my father working with the appointed "handyman" (who nearly electrocuted himself) to get the repairs done! And that after being messed around numerous times. When I asked for a refund due to the incompetence by Calbus (in particular Shapestone, who I insisted keep the spare keys for access and repairs) I was told since I had collected the keys no refund could be made.

What a load of crock! Calbus are very quick to take your money, but very, very slow to honour their side of the deal, if at all.
