CalBus properties **** ! So unhappy.

I am disgusted in CalBus properties (benoni branch). We have been waiting for our deposit for almost 2 months, phoned, emailed, whatsapp with one respond every 2 weeks. We have been in contact with Debbie, and Cynthia never receiving feedback, eventually we received feedback and they said the deposit will be released the 7th of May. Now it is the 13th, phoned again, emailed again. No sorry nothing they can do we need to wait. We are on the verge of taking you to PPRA to close your doors. We are not the only customers with this problem, easy to rent from you but when you need to leave as you client need to wait months for then to release your deposit without rent added. If I could give -100 stars that would be more appropriate, the owner/manager which is never available and the rest of the staff never get back to you. Please do not trust this company. Up to sh###t.
