CALBUS PROPERTIES!!!!!!! POOR SERVICE

Calbus Properties and their employees are utterly useless, slow, unreliable, and unprofessional. We moved in on 1 September, and our agent, Busi, promised that all maintenance issues would be resolved. Nothing was done in the apartment at the time of moving in, yet she was quick to collect her money. From that point forward, we were forced to chase them constantly — emails, WhatsApp messages — all ignored by Busi, the admin team, and the so-called maintenance department. Every single month we had to beg for our invoice. The level of incompetence was staggering. The owner eventually sold the unit, and Calbus had no idea — they didn’t even know we were moving out on 1 June 2026. The new buyers of the unit were supposed to move in on 1 June 2026, but they couldn’t because they were still waiting for the keys. Lol, CALBUS is a joke. At the exit inspection (bearing in mind we never even had an entry inspection), Busi spun endless stories about our deposit, claiming it was with the previous owner — information we had never been given. This agency is a disgrace. They gave us hell from the day we moved in until the day we left. Their lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism is shocking. Calbus Properties should honestly just shut down, because wow… the experience was beyond unacceptable.
